I made another BETH recipe. Once again, I loved it! I cannot wait to go home right now and make more crepes. I’m serious. I’m in law school too — I do not have the time or energy, but I always find my mind trying to convince me otherwise. Long story short — I made it. My only 2 cons are clean up (I had a bunch of bowls to wash) and the fact that you can only make one crepe at a time (which is annoying when you’re entertaining and want everyone to enjoy a hot fresh crepe).
I stuffed my crepes with Biscoff Cookie Butter and a blueberry jam! I’m thinking about making a savory crepe– any suggestions?
